CHIROPRACTIC

Initial consultation (50 min) - $300

Includes review of health history, discussion of health goals, comprehensive physical, orthopedic and neurological examination based on presenting condition. Findings are reviewed and treatment options are discussed. Treatment may be provided if indicated.

Follow-up appointments (15 min/30min/45min) - $85/$145/$220

Include re-evaluation of presenting condition and discussion of changes. Treatment may include spinal manipulative therapy, soft tissue therapies (muscle release therapy, IASTM, cupping), taping and corrective exercise as appropriate.

Home/emergency visit are also available at an additional fee

NUTRITION & FUNCTIONAL HEALTH

Initial consultation (45-60 min) - $300

Includes review of detailed health history questionnaire, discussion of primary health concerns and goals, current bloodwork and personalized nutrition and lifestyle recommendations to get started

Follow-up appointments (15 min/30min) - $90/$150

Support, review of progress/re-assessment of recommendations 

May include: review and analysis of food journal, dietary recommendations, supplement recommendations (as needed), functional evaluation, review of progress, personalized therapeutic plan (including supporting modalities), lifestyle modification coaching, nutrition education, informational handouts and resources, e-mail support between meetings.
